Focus. Grow\u2026\u201d\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote><p><\/p><p>Positive, dramatic results always follow when I\u2019ve stopped and pondered this phrase.<\/p><p><\/p><p>Surrender - acknowledge that you cannot control everything, let go<\/p><p><\/p><p>Focus - remind yourself of what truly matters and keep your eyes on that<\/p><p><\/p><p>Grow - if you\u2019ve sincerely done the above then you have already grown as a person!<\/p><p><\/p><p>This little saying became our family motto in the long months leading up to our wedding day 6 years ago! 28th May, 2016.<\/p><p><\/p><p>If you feel stressed, fearful or depressed, then these words will lift you out of that mind-mire.
