Positive, dramatic results always follow when I\u2019ve stopped and pondered this phrase.<\/p>

<\/p>

Surrender - acknowledge that you cannot control everything, let go<\/p>

<\/p>

Focus - remind yourself of what truly matters and keep your eyes on that<\/p>

<\/p>

Grow - if you\u2019ve sincerely done the above then you have already grown as a person!<\/p>

<\/p>

This little saying became our family motto in the long months leading up to our wedding day 6 years ago! 28th May, 2016.<\/p>

<\/p>

If you feel stressed, fearful or depressed, then these words will lift you out of that mind-mire. If you are succeeding and thriving, feeling confident, then these words will ensure you remain humble before you trip over yourself!<\/p>
