So, just bear with me and hopefully you too will have a new and refreshed perspective on 3 key things:","content":"<blockquote><p><img src=\"https:\/\/images.teemill.com\/uxtbzewlbx5ffpbh0vlybrhjaefr9qhinyclscxetvnbvggb.jpeg.jpg?w=1140&amp;h=auto\" alt=\"uxtbzewlbx5ffpbh0vlybrhjaefr9qhinyclscxetvnbvggb.jpeg.jpg?w=1140&amp;h=auto\" \/>\u201c\u2026we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous; and he is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world.\u201d 1 John 2:1-2<\/p><\/blockquote><p>I want to share with you <strong>one of the most radical truths<\/strong> that I have ever had revelation on.<\/p><p>Maybe it\u2019s obvious to you but, despite being a passionate ambassador of the Gospel of Christ, <strong>this hit me between the eyes<\/strong> and gave me a whole new appreciation for what our Lord Jesus did for us.<\/p><p>So, just bear with me and hopefully you too will have <strong>a new and refreshed perspective on 3 key things:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>The too-good-to-be-true news we call the Gospel<\/p><\/li><li><p>Those who are not yet redeemed<\/p><\/li><li><p>Yourself and your value<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><\/p><p>Having been raised a Christian by the incredible people of faith I can call my parents, I\u2019d heard it said from day one that Jesus can forgive sin. <strong>Then I began to understand<\/strong> that Jesus has paid the price for all sin, even becoming sin itself.<\/p><p><em>\u201cGod made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.\u201d <\/em>2 Corinthians 5:21<\/p><p>Ok, now we are going to start saying some radical stuff <strong>so hold on!<\/strong><\/p><p>1 John 2:2 makes<strong> the incredible statement,<\/strong> <em>\u201cHe himself is the sacrifice that atones for our sins,\u201d <\/em>which is a great if you\u2019re a believer but perhaps a statement we already have faith in. It doesn\u2019t stop there though because John carries on, <em>\u201cAnd not only our sins but the sins of all the world.<\/em>\u201d<\/p><p>There it is!<\/p><p>The final words of Jesus in John 19:30, <em>\u201cIt is finished,\u201d<\/em> were said for a great reason because as far as God is concerned from His perspective, <strong>sin doesn\u2019t exist anymore.<\/strong><\/p><p>The price is paid, the work is done. All that is left for us to do now is to <strong>reach out and receive in faith this amazing grace.<\/strong> Ephesians 2:8-9.<\/p><p>With that said, here\u2019s my revelation: <strong>not a single soul arrives in hell unforgiven.<\/strong><\/p><p>Even as I write that statement in a waiting room while my car is being serviced, <strong>I am overcome <\/strong>and tearful.<\/p><p>They\u2019re forgiven! You, me and everyone else that has been, is and will be. <strong>Jesus has done it all at the cross.<\/strong><\/p><p>Let that sink in. Ask God for revelation on this. It\u2019s absolutely paramount for a believer to understand exactly what we are putting so much faith in. Without this revelation, <strong>how can we be advocates for it?<\/strong><\/p><p>You\u2019re forgiven. They\u2019re forgiven.
