This is one of my favourite Bible verses because a while ago I wasn\u2019t excited about the future. All I saw was the bad that was happening in the world but when God led me to this verse, He showed me that He has a future put in place just for me!<\/span><\/p>

And not just an unpredictable future but a future full of hope! When I realised this, it was like I woke up. God, God who made the world, has a plan for me, just for me. He has gifted it to me. There is nothing I need to do except believe in Him.<\/span><\/p>

The next part of the verse tells us that when we call on Him and pray He will listen to us. There have been times when I have prayed for something but felt like God hasn\u2019t done anything about it or just didn\u2019t hear me. But we know for a fact that He does hear and listen to us because He is a faithful God and all He says that He will do, He <\/span>will<\/span><\/em> do it.<\/span><\/p>

So I searched my heart and found that what I was praying for was selfish. It was not that God wasn\u2019t listening. He was! And He used it to show me things in my heart that I didn\u2019t even know were there\u2026<\/span><\/p>

After trusting in His word more and more, I have found a new hunger for Him and for life. And I have been able to see all the good that is happening in the world.<\/span><\/p>

So be encouraged and know that He has a plan for you. A plan to look forward to. And if you feel He isn\u2019t listening, He is. Search your heart and seek Him with your whole heart and you <\/span>will<\/span><\/em> find Him.<\/span><\/p>
