God did something incredible<\/strong> when He created everything we know. Yes, he designed magnificent galaxies lightyears across and single-cell organisms that are measured in micrometers but that\u2019s not what I mean.<\/p>

God chose to do the amazing thing of limiting Himself<\/strong> by giving us the ability to decide - free will.<\/p>

I have four children and they\u2019re my world. When Rosie was pregnant with Jasper, our oldest, I knew full well that there was a chance that he would grow up to hate me.<\/strong> He would have free will. But, hopefully, I would do everything I could to love my boy and nurture him so that he would choose to love me back.<\/strong> We could have relationship together even though I have made something that I cannot ever truly control.<\/p>

This is the beauty of God\u2019s creation.<\/p>

God will never overrule this limitation. God will never interfere with our free will.<\/strong> Even though that it\u2019s this very thing that has caused the eternal destruction of so many!<\/p>

But, this is why God put into effect His unthinkable plan - Salvation.<\/strong><\/p>

Our Lord would choose to limit Himself once more by \u201cbecoming flesh and dwelling among us,\u201d <\/em>John 1:14. He would \u201chumble Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross,\u201d<\/em> Ephesians 2:8. <\/p>

Through this incredible, incomparable sacrifice, God was able to offer to us, once again, the choice from the beginning: let me love you.<\/strong><\/p>

But it has to be a choice. This is why Jesus made the same point three times<\/strong> in one verse: \u201cAsk, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.\u201d<\/em> Matthew 7:7.<\/p>

Citizenship of the Kingdom of God is only ever one choice away.<\/strong> And once attained, it\u2019s citizenship for life. This is why Jesus also said in John 10:28, \u201cAnd I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

Securing this citizenship, the most important act in human existence, it\u2019s as easy knocking on a door.<\/strong> We are promised that if we do, it will be opened to us. The door to the Kingdom of God will swing wide<\/strong> and there will be the Father Himself, ready to welcome us in with an unimaginable love.<\/p>

Asking, seeking and knocking<\/strong> are not things that God can do for us. We must make the choice to reach out to Him. If you haven\u2019t yet, today is the day to receive the love of God and accept the sacrifice He made for you through Jesus.<\/strong><\/p>

\u201cBelieve on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved\u2026\u201d<\/em> Acts 16:31<\/p>
